Date: 2/24/2012 9:32:55 AM ( 15 mon ) ... viewed 391 times Well obviously I have been neglecting my journaling. It's been somewhat of a bumpy ride since the weekend. I started to get a sore throat on Sunday. Then from Monday until the end of the week I have been flat out with a cold, cough, fever. I broke my cleanse by having some soups. I just had to have something warm and nourishing other than juice. So I have been eating soups (organic, purely liquid soups I got from the health food market) and also juicing but less so. No stomach problems and am still doing the parasite cleanse and enemas. I've been on the fence whether to just call it quits and slowly re-enter into the world of solid foods again, but I've decided that I don't feel quite finished with my cleanse yet and want to continue on. In a way it's like starting over but I have only had liquid soups and nothing solid yet, so I will see it as a short necessary healing 'pause' and keep going with the juicing up to day 40. That would be another 2 weeks. So off to the market today to restock on fruits and vegetables. I know I have woken my digestive system up with the soups as I do feel hungrier thruout the day, so it may be a bit rocky the first few days again. I feel like I made a commitment I want to follow through with and that I have some more cleansing to do. And I will continue the count. Day 25 today...
