just going thru the motions

non eventful really...a bit of trouble sleeping but to be expected. first few days of the fast just a means to getting to a point where i feel fantastic, usually around day 7-10. sticking to apple and orange juice, water and herbal tea. this has worked in the past so going with what gives me the most sucess whilst achieving my goals and cleansing. no exercise as yet will work on this in the next few days!!
