slept really well last night didnt want to get out of bed, thank goodness i have to work otherwise would have laid there for hours and then be awake all night. trying to avoid a bad sleeping pattern which has happened to me on previous fasts. starting to get those little voices in my head saying you dont have to do this, just eat, have fun dont worry about the cleansing. they come and go and really its just a matter of telling myself i want to do this! well hopefully that and sticking to it! my tongue is covered in white yuck which is good. not having enough bm's so will have to have lax tea more often. may have to increase the juice a bit as feeling a bit hungry in the mornings. still no exercise, hopefully on the weekend.
