testing times

tought nite last night between 5&8pm wanting to participate in normal acitivity..argghh its tough! glad i got thru it but man these early days really do test you! slept wonderful, very tired today - due to major detoxing hopefully. still not feeling any true benefits yet...these next few days for me are usually the hardest..the weekend is approaching! thinking of buying scales??? not sure the last few fasts i have not used them because i didnt want it to be all about the weight but sometimes it can motivate thru a difficult stage..mmm will think about it!
really want to snap my fingers and be at day 7 or even better day 10...but it doesnt work like that so i have to put the hard yards in and continue this debate in my head!!
