Not really anything to report yet but it helps just writing here to keep me going the first few days.

Ok, I have had it. My fasting starts right now. It's 4:30 pm 5/9/12. When I break it, I will break it at the same time 4:30 pm of whatever day. Hope to go at least 3 weeks or more.
Throwing out anything edible in my house. I really got to just do this not matter how awful I feel and get it over with.

Day 1 starts in 30 minutes at midnight. Just start by counting tomorrow as day 1 instead of worrying about the 4:30 thing. The first 2 days are the hardest for me to get through but here goes. Can't sleep much at night, so I'll be up probably cleaning.
