day 4 - super lazy day

day 4. relatively calm. no major breakthroughs.

I don't know what it is, whether the effects of a very active day yesteday, but i slept like a baby under some serious sedatives. i guess the worst of the detox is over.
thanks to my Brazil Butt Lift workout (what a name,really), every single muscle around that area i never knew i had hurts. so I spend the day being not very active and prepping for the exam tomorrow (having to get up at 6:30 am on a saturday sucks).
I also ate things i am not to eat if I want to lose 30 kilos - like a very nice italian sausage my husband brought from Florence. delish. but FAT!.. the spices in it made me more hungry. you want to starve - let go of spice!
anyhow. tomorrow i will bike to my exam - an hour to getthere and an hour back. at least some movement.
and i am not going on the scale tomorrow either, after all the salty sausage my water weight will be back and i don't want to get discouraged.
No cigarettes or booze today - and not even the slightest desire to have any of that. Though a piece of dark chocolate sneaked its way in again. Damn my guests from last week who brought it. I must give it away.

i know. tough life.
