the weekend - back at square one

weekend is a killer

So I had that exam on Saturday - which took me half a day. At some point in between, there was an hour break between the written part and the oral part, so i just ran out to the first fast food stand and stuff myself with food.
I got back home, and surely enought - had ANOTHER lunch with my husband. And in the evening, he took me out - so i wasn't exactly restticting myself either. Drank wine too. no movement. nothing.
Sunday was bad too - it was raining and i just ventured to the park for a little walk, but that's it. ate like a pig.
i can't explain it. I feel horrible. I look it too. but here it is. Monday morning, bloated and lazy. I should get up and go to the park for a nice long walk-run and make myself fresh juice. right? i mean it all sound reasonable.
ok, lets see.. i can do it.
