Whatever your condition it is very possible that it has one root cause: a misaligned sacrum! This will lead to a tensening of the deep buttocks muscles (namely: piriformis and oburator internus)and because the largest nerve in our body, the sciatic nerve runs right in between these muscles it will surely be negatively influenced by that tension.
That results sooner or later in pain radiating upwards and downwards and leads to a further tensioning of the whole spine.
If we realign the sacrum then and only then a realing healing can take place.
This is also the main cause for unexplained back pains and even for pains that supposed to come from a slipped disk.
Most patient get rid of their pains in about three sessions only dispite their condition slipped disc which is proove that the main cause of these pains comes from somewhere else: the sacrum!
Many people show signs of slipped discs when put into an MRI but only a few have pain!
