In yoga class today SM experienced a cramp in her hip as we were doing some stretches. I told her this is something to tap on. She didn't do the set-up, just tapped from the beginning. It went away. After class we again are working/discussing/learning about her weight problems and how tapping can help.

She had previously had anxiety attacks enough to put her in the hospital the last time she came near to her goal weight, so unconsiously, its a scary thing to get down in size. She had some anxiety about a camping trip she had just taken over the weekend, so we tapped on that until the SUD's level was 0. Also helpful was explaining flylady's process of working on 15 minutes.

Many things about flylady can help in SM's case. I told her about flylady. She is going to see about getting a yahoo email so she can receive the emails.

In thinking about my cousin S and the tapping not helping her at all, we discussed that same day if there are some things we have to experience and things/medicine/etc that we do are not going to take them away. For example, if a person is ill unto death, then any sort of alternative or allopathic medicine is not going to cure the person. Healing can occur with alternative methods but not cure. So maybe S needs to fully experience the things she is to develop something in her character. I don't know.
