I feel much better than yesterday. As soon as I left work I went to the gym and biked 4.3 miles, ran almost 2 miles, then lifted weights for 40 minutes or so. Afterwards, I felt great.

I don't think I really did SO badly yesterday, it just hit me really hard.

Last night I had some lean organic steak with mushroom and onion, and broccoli. It was a nice Valentine's day.

Today, I had a very small soup, lentil minestrone, from the Co-op, and an Odwalla Omega-3 berry smoothie. I picked them up and went for a drive - it's beautiful and 40 degrees in Vermont. It's awful that there's global warming, but it's especially awful that I enjoyed it a little bit.

I'm having an afternoon coffee = actually kind of hoping it gets me moving a little before the colonic tonight. Luckily I'm going really late tonight so I can go to the gym first.

We do have those guests coming in this weekend. I'm making some yummy veggie dishes for me & my mom, to go with the non-veggie stuff for everyone else. In general, I'm really happy to have 3 days off, the long weekend, and great friends to hang out with
