oh man! today is a total bust! i stink at this!!!!
OK, I need some thoughts on my plan. ANYONE, ANYONE???
Date: 7/9/2006 2:19:33 PM ( 7 y ) ... viewed 1198 times Alright. I won't lie or give up, but I screwed up already. As I was heading to the store last night, my husband and I decided to go to the drive in with our children. So I skipped the store darn it! And then I ate pop corn, funnel cake, you name it at the drive in. And to top things off I was too tired to go to the store after the movie (2 am) So I decided I would throw on some clothes and go 1st thing in the morning. Upon waking up at noon (yes I sleep that long, chronic fatigue!)I promptly grabbed a bowl of cereal. I was on automatic. I didn't even think about the fast. I am so disappointed in myself! I know I will have to make a lot of juice ahead of time so that I can take it with me. You see, my husband repos cars and I am his partner part time. Somedays we will work 15 or 16 hours. Would it just be just as good to buy juice in a bottle from the store for this (sugar and corn syrup free of course)? Having ADD, I forget to prepare and get sidetracked so easy. Then I wind up with nothing except cereal! I will be working with the husband this afternoon so I will be going to the store before we go to work and start over again tomorrow. I WON'T GIVE UP! I hear it is easy once you get the hang of it. I would really like to do the master cleanse but it hurts my ulcer too bad, I lost 14 lbs in 10 days on it, and that was when I had a lot less weight to lose! I live 6 hours from my family and the town I grew up. I grew up in a small town and I live in a big city now. There is this HUGE festival once a year where I grew up, and it is sort of like a class reunion, I see everyone I grew up with. People I went to school with will actually say to me, "Hows the city girl?" Every year I hear whispers (oh man she looks good) and I dread it this year. I can see the snickers already (wow she has packed on the weight) I try not to care what others think, I've considered not even going. I've used it every year to show off, and now I'm broke and fat!!!I want to lose at least 20 lbs by the end of August, when the festival starts. So WHAT DO YOU ALL THINK???? IS THAT A REASONABLE GOAL??? I don't want to overdue it, I just want to feel better and look better!!! I am doing this for myself but this is just pushing me along! ANY THOUGHTS???
