Day 9 - Preparing to finish today

Ok, so after sleeping on it and having a deep think about it this morning I have decided to stop the cleanse today this afternoon after work. So on the second half of today I'll be on orange juice. I know that this is the right thing after do as I woke up feeling really tired but then felt MUCH better after my BMs yet I still thought I have to break the cleanse today. So it's no longer because I am feeling detox symptoms. Knowing that I made this decision whilst "thinking clearly" makes me realise it's the right thing to do.

I still did the SWF this morning (I'm glad I did to get rid of all the toxins from yesterday) and am on lemonade at the moment as I have no oranges (will go out to the supermarket later) - plus I wouldn't want to start OJ just before work because I don't know what effect it might have?

A big factor for my decision is that if I kept cleansing, I think I will start bingeing afterwards. This way, I feel I have more control over the matter, it's on MY TERMS.

Anyway, I'll keep you updated with how it goes. A big shout out to 2dreem who has been so so helpful with this matter. Thanks!
