stopping the fast because of to much hair loss. Fasting can take a toll if overdone

I just have been fasting to much this year. 52 days in october 2006, 18 days in early spring and now. I'm just accepting that I cannot abuse this beautiful technique if my body is not happy.
I started to eat with the egg yolk limes olive oil mild liver flush. These ingredients are also hair strengtheners. 3 egg yolks, juice of 5 limes and 3 T. oliveoil. Don't follow me on this. It's not at all what is recommended for breaking a fast. But I am on a phase of having to make my own experiences and errors.
I am not stopping to blog, since there is a lot to come. First I will tell you after tomorrow how this after fast flush went. And I am starting Humaworm's parasite cleanse tomorrow. That might be powerful. And I will write about my path to a diet that makes me more alkaline. Using the alk. drink by Moreless, documenting my ph and what I ate, checking the brix of my produce. And of course I'll continue my alk. bath which I have been doing for almost two months straight now.
I felt good on the fast, light, steamlined. But my goal is to feel that way eating the right foods and exercising and keeping a beautiful head of long hair!!!! Which I will not, won't sacrifice for detoxing. Makes no sence. But please, to all those fasters out there. I had wonderful results from my long fast last year. And if my hair wasn't shedding to much, I'd keep going. I wasn't shedding around my 52 day fast, nor after. So keep with it. You'll thank yourself. I will continue the teas and some of the Breuss juice. It's ingredients, esp. beet are very beneficial for the liver as I read in other health books.
Katie, sorry for giving up just after writing how great it is to have someone take this fast the long way.
I can recommend the Breuss cure. It's tough but doable. The broth is very tasty and you will definitely loose some weight and have a rosy glow from the beets. My tip
Try not to add fruit juice. And if, than only very little. Also do the camomile enema instead of coffee. Don't take oil or psyllium bentonite and strain the broth with boullion which should possibly be salt free. You'll be hungry otherwise.
I am disappointed that I won't get to experience the results of a full Breuss cure but maybe another time. Although for now I might just fast once a week and 3 days every month. To keep the nutrients for hair etc. in my body.
I wish someone else would do this cure the whole way so I could learn from them. So if you are the one. I'll be reading your post for sure!(-:
