Fasting Day One - Morning

So, I awoke this morning feeling pretty excited about my fast and I'm about to go get some exercise on the beach. I weigh 138lbs this morning and my goal is to release 35lbs. I will end my fast when I weigh 105. I am not at all hungry today, but my muscles are tense because I didnt exercise at all since Wednesday and it is now Sunday. Time to go move my muscles. It helps me get the stress and tension out and helps me oxygenate my cells. There is a certain person who is motivating me. I want to be skinny for this person, but I also find it exilarating to cleanse my body, feel the different sensations, see my white coated tongue, and just overall begin to feel better and see my depression lift away. I also become increasingly psychic with each day that I fast. I am so excited. I have a feeling I will be on this fast for at least 30 days, which sounds like an eternity at the moment, but overall in the scheme of my life will not feel that long.
