Ok, well day four was great! I was busy all day and so it was way easier to say the least. I need to figure out a way to incorporate exercise into this program, but I am wiped out by the time i get home!
Breakfast" Chai Tea
Lunch Tangerine,banana juice
dinner carrot and pom juice and then some v8 juice
Bf weight 180
Day four 174
Losing about a pound a day now
