Yesterday I did not do a detox bath. Even though didn't want to get up early, I also realized the day before that my supply of 35% h202 is almost gone, and I did nothing about it. Bummer. I should have planned in advance. So no detox bath, but I took one this morning using the expensive highly mineralized 35% h202 I had.It's called Jutrian RX. I hope I absorbed all the minerals that are in it to get my money's worth. May be I did.I feel good. Tonight I'll stop off at the pharmacy to buy several bottles of the 3% h202 to tide me over until the 35% gets here. I'll use about 3-4 qts. of the 3% in each bath.
I love checking out what other people are eating. My co-worker had a burger and fries for lunch. I've tasted it before and it's nothing to write home about; but it looked and smelled really good. He offered me some. I pictured myself inhaling the whole thing...then being sick as a dog...for days. One thing I like about my current diet, is with each day that goes by, it becomes less and less of a good idea to scarf something down. In the past, there have been days when I have gotten sooo bored of not chewing solids substanstial meals; I said to my self, I can eat what I want! I'm tired of not eating, I'm going to eat ______ but I didn't. Because too much time and too many days had gone by and I was afraid to do myself harm. So my thoughts of: "I can eat that" are just thoughts. Thoughts that comfort me, and help me keep going in the direction of my goal.
