Boy oh Boy - Back to Square 1

Well, I was all ready to go Friday. I did well until lunch time. I went to a juice bar and bought a ginger hammer, it has ginger / carrots and apples, but they were out of apples. I tried to drink it anyway and just about barfed in my van!! Feeling defeated - I ate pizza instead. And that pretty much snowballed the whole weekend. But today is Monday - I'm going to go at it again. Wish me luck!!
