Hello From The Tendonitis Expert, and thoughts on how easy it is to 'fix' tendonitis.

I just found CureZone.com today.

What a wonderful (and HUGE!) site with a treasure trove of information.

I can't wait to participate!

I'll start now.....:)

I am a long time expert at Eliminating Tendonitis related issues like Carpal Tunnel, Tennis Elbow, Plantar Fasciitis, Shoulder Cuff issues, Whiplash, etc.

It's taken an excellent education, a decade of experience, and many injuries of my own.

I was thinking about this earlier this week.....

The last several years I've been struggling with the language of how to get across the message that 'Tendonitis is easy to fix'.

When working with people suffering from Carpal Tunnel, Tennis Elbow, Plantar Fasciitis, Shoulder Cuff injury, Whiplash, etc, I find it a challenge to have -them- get that it can be simple to make their pain go away.

It seems that we have been trained to think that:

A. Pain Equals Injury

B. There is a magic bullet to fix any injury.

C. Getting better should take no change, and no effort on our part, and ultimately has to be provided by an outside source like a doctor, pill, or mechanism.

Here's some things I know, and the knowing helps make it simple to reverse Tendonitis and The Pain Causing Dynamic.

1. The sensation of pain does NOT mean that you are injured, broken, or require 'fixing'.

You can have SEVERE pain and not have any injury.

2. The magic bullets that the medical industry offer just don't work. These methods are firmly entrenched in doctor mentality, don't work, and for some reason remain the only tools in the doctor's Tendonitis bag of tools.

3. It doesn't have to take a lot of time, or a lot of effort, but getting yourself out of pain does take some time and effort.

When you have the recipe, getting out of pain and healing the Tendonitis Dynamic can be fast, easy, and reliable.

It doesn't hurt to have outside help, and sometimes we need that, and without a doubt, Carpal Tunnel, Golfers and Tennis Elbow, Plantar Fasciitis, and Achilles Tendonitis can be 'cured' by yourself at home.
