kundalini yoga...lost love found!

My husband cleaned his office and found my DVD! I had not done kundalini yoga in over a year and boy I'm still a little sore *LOL* Gurmukh is my favorite yoga teacher. I think I consider bikram yoga second because it's not the same as going to the actual studio. Anyway, I felt so good afterwards! I had a better time at work, approaching everything from a Christ centered yogic perspective, that is, if I felt a negative emotion coming on I tried to let it pass. That's not easy to do with my Auntie Flo almost in town!
