On the verge of insanity.

I think a body like mine needs at least 14-21 days of detox, I don't think 10 is enough. I'm a serious meat and dairy consumer, very little on vegetables and fruit. I'm screwed. Tongue is still white. BM's getting a little more solid but I'm only going once a day if that. Have not gone back to SWF. Take lax tea morning and night.

Slight headache. I could be on the verge of serious detox, I hope. Very moody, snippy and angry, tearful. I haven't smiled yet today. I look mad, said my boss. I'm so tired of peeing every 17 minutes.

I'm thinking of going on OJ tonight. I'm weak, so weak right now. Maybe things will pick up. Stay tuned.
