Easy day!

I have done this cleanse with great success many times before.
The longest that I have ever done it for before has been 18 days.
I am now pushing that limit to 21 days, so 3 more days, which is highly doable.

That will give me ample time for re-feading before I actually take off on my trip.

The hardest part for me has always been to actually get started on this cleansing journey,
so I started yesterday, and I did complete my first day,
So I officially started!!

Day 1 was easy, no complaints.
I did only water for my first day.
Tea tonight, maybe a lemonade.

I will do a weight in in the morning.
