The food cravings where really strong today, I almost ate, drank a diet coke. It's going to be a imperfect water fast as I struggle to stop drinking it. I am going to keep going with my fast and battling the urge to drink any diet cokes. The more I can go with out drinking it I think it will help reduce the cravings for it.
