SOLSTICE 2013

WRAPPING IT UP!

This has been such a year of "Groundhog" days!

Our fears, problems and misadventures have played over and over.

Every time we've thought,

            "At last, we're done with that!"

....nope! Here it is again and again, replaying the same tune.

            But now...

Here comes the Solstice,

            the longest night of the year. 

The dark night of the soul magnifies all the craziness.

This long, dark night dumps us into a deep, dark pit

where no light is allowed in.

The pit is so deep, we have no hope and can only see despair.

All we are able to do is cry.

            We think that maybe it is time for us to leave the planet.

            Is it time to be freed of all this mess?

            There is nothing for us here!

            OH! .........But then daylight comes! 

The sun shines and warms us up!

            We are still here! 

There must be more for us to do! 

            A new life! 

            A new beginning!

            New energies!

It is time for us to increase our belief in possibilities!

It is time to redesign our lives!

It is time for us to see beyond what we've been able to see and become what we formerly thought was impossible!

It is time for us to redesign ourselves!

It is time to see beyond where we've been able to see before.

It is time for us to become what we formerly thought was impossible!
