Day 9: ICU's Strongyloides Protocol

Personal obligations make it impossible for me to take the ABZ exactly 12 hours apart, so I'll start tomorrow. UPDATE: Decided to start tonight with one dose, then start 2/day tomorrow.

ICU: Is this a hard-and-fast rule, because it is difficult for me sometimes to do this. If not, how far off can it be? Can you take it early (fewer than 12 hours)?
