Herxheimer reaction or something more serious?

The nausea and diarrhea I can deal with, but I'm having bad shooting pains in my right temple. I'm afraid a cyst has burst in there somewhere, maybe behind my eye. I'm feeling squigglies in my right eye. My top right jaw hurts as if I had an abcessed tooth, my glands on that side are starting to swell, and my shoulder and neck on that side hurt a lot. I don't want to ignore this. If it doesn't get any better by this afternoon, I'm going to the emergency room. Better safe than sorry.
