ICU's Strongyloides Protocol Day 19

Well, the die-off finally kicked in. I'm really in a lot of pain. My gut is very sore and I just hurt all over. Strongyloides and things that look like tiny round white pieces of paper are coming out all over my body.

I did not take either drug last night, and I won't take any today, which means I have to redo my schedule, since these are Ivermectin days. I could not sleep, so I got up at 3 a.m. and took some Aleve and drank laxative tea. I'm going to eat soft food and drink Master Cleanse lemonade today all day.
