Back after many years, follow my success here!

It's me. Back after many years. Two kids later, and I left what became a very abusive relationship.

I gained loads of weight through trauma due to the abuse. Ballooned up to 241 lbs! Unbelievable. My poor body. I am now 218lbs; I shed the weight so far using juicefasting (a series of short fasts).

Now I'm heading into an extended juicefast. I want to go 100 days on only juice. Also gonna incorporate weekly liver cleanses. I do daily or twice daily coffee enemas. I'm 36 years old now!

Loving life and feeling fantastic despite being obese. So keen to go back to my low weight! I can add the honour of losing 100lbs to my achievements once I make it!

Oh, obviously I'm completely covid unvaccinated too. Thank God.
