Over two years ago, clairvoyant Douglas James Cottrell predicted the flooding that is taking place now in New Orleans.  During a Deep Trance Meditation session which he gave on August 22, 2003 on the topic of Future Earth Changes, Douglas described how Louisiana would be flooded at the mouth of the Mississippi River.  He also went on to explain the spiritual opportunity that is being presented to humankind during this crisis time.
