GOOD health takes time and talent both of which the GOOD LORD gave each of us, so learn to use use or loss it...

What we have here is the lack of concern for proper health; folks.... And you know it!!  What are we going to do about it??  We are going to get into shape, GOT IT!!

There are so many health questions and so called solutions that we nearly became confussed....  The key term is; " nearly became confused..."  We will get past this if you are willing to work it out...  Lets get busy...

The first thing to establish is what is good health??  Well obviously folks it is having all your systems in top operating order...  All systems go...  Everything  should function properly...  Any questions??  Then we need to talk...

Maybe you should start with with what good health is ....  

1) It is being in good physical shape; being able to move about with relative ease.. 

2) It is being within the proper weight for height ratio; allowing for age...

3) It is having an activity or regular regiment of movement... {doing something}

4) It is maintaining a good diet, and physical maintenance program...

5) It is having a balanced life, mental, physical, and moral....

6) It is being a good neighbor and friend to all those you meet on your pathway...

7) It is understanding that you are not the only or best thing that has happened...

8) It is being able to share and show affection, attention, and love for others...

9) It is living large, so that your shadow will leave impressions on those who lives you cross, and being able to know your place in the universe....

10) It is being you, every day to everyone you meet...  No fake personality!!

Remember any confusion should only be brief or else it is just another word in the dictionary...   GOT IT FOLKS!!!    See ya on the next blog....
