Progressive weight training, continued beck protocol, supplementation help continue positive health maintenance associated with HIV+ individual

January flew by...I started a weight training program in January that's gone so remarkably well that I'm going to put up a website so other people can benefit from the program (that I developed). It is a combination of cardio and weightlifting. I do intend at some point in this blog to show the actual results. One thing I've been doing that seems to help with recovery is to mix a drink to take to the gym consisting of the following:

juice of a lemon
5 gms vitamin C powder (abscorbic acid)
1 tbs instant green tee
5 gms glutamine
1 tsp stevia
about 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt.

Interestingly, the salt really takes the bite out of the vitamin C and makes the drink bearable. Without the salt, the mixture will really make you pucker! I got this idea looking at all of the new information associated with salt/c on the net. I've been watching my blood pressure to see if there is an adverse affect and so far none (I suspect because of the amount I sweat during cardio that I'm meerly replenishing the salt losses).

I also completed a parasite cleanse in early February. I can't say that I really notice a difference but I intend to stay on the maintenance cycle. I'm using the clark method. I continue to use Apple Cider Vinegar tablets in the morning and don't "drink" as much straight vinegar during the day. I take any opportunity I can to add it to salads (with olive oil and pepper). At any rate, with the parasite cleanse and the Apple Cider vinegar combination, my digestive system is performing quite well.

On the supplements front, I am consistently taking 100mg beta glucen, B2, glutathione, NAC, MSM. I also still continue to use the Beck Protocol. I sleep with the zapper on my wrist with no adverse side affects other than some minor skin irritation. I have a bottled water dispenser in the house with an ozonater sitting on top to make it convenient to drink ozonated water (20-40 oz / day). I've developed a "continuous" colloidal silver generator producing 15ppm colloidal. I drink a cup in the morning with my vitamins and a cup before bedtime. Lastly, I pulse every night before bedtime. I have the beck protocol so integrated into my daily routine I hardly notice it as an inconvenience.

I have blood tests coming up. I'll keep you posted.
