I have a blog entitled Spirit of Money...my inspiration for creating this blog was the misuse of public trust of leaders for self-dealing, fraud, and corruption. This activity begged the question "What are our cultural values, goals, and are our lives aligned with our heart and soul?"

Since the creation of "The Spirit of Money" there has been an epic cleansing of our corporate structure by Spitzer, and others who, in the process, have made a name for themselves.

U.S. corporate structure continues to exibit a terrible constipation of ethics and money; while a steady march of those leaders who "Lacked Common Sense and Decency" are marching off to JAIL.

Plus a huge capital outlay of cash for settlements (posted "Spirit of Money" site) have enriched lawyers, while we still wait to see what the public shareholders, and employees will be compensated at a ratio anywhere near the attorneys. Enron: http://www.curezone.com/blogs/m.asp?f=306&i=63

True Leadership, ethical leadership, seems an endangered species...maybe extinct, maybe never existed. Might just be a spin on "how to look good" while masqarading the scarcity mentality.

I read and read until my absolute horrorific fascination with these weak willed corporate leaders and their absolute dereliction of duty to anyone or thing other than self ...WTF is minding the store - Who and where are the individuals structurally aligned to lead?

This blog will post articles, and my opinions about structurally ethical leadership-aligned with...what?...we shall see...This blog is an inquiry into the body, heart, and soul of leadership.
