The word 'love' is one of the most misunderstood and misused words in
the entire english language.

So many feel unloved and unloveable, so they tend to live their lives
longing for that which they believe they lack, or are 'unworthy' of.

Movies, television and novels fan the fires of romantic love as being
the end-all and be-all of human existence.
Romantic love is just a taste of what is possible when one opens their
hearts to the beauty and glory of Life and the True Miracle that it
is, and indeed, that we are, as well!

If you are curious about this all-pervasive love, let me tell you that
I have come to see that what the masters say is true; that when we
strip away all the armour and debris of our fears and doubts, when our
ego is no longer driving our lives, all that is left is our essence,
our core, and that core is LOVE and JOY.

Here is an exercise for the curious to try. The doubtful need not
bother. Their growth is insufficient, at this point, to comprehend the
meaning of much, let alone these words.

Stand in front of a mirror. Relax your face, let go of any tension in
your forehead and around your mouth. Now, look deeply into your own
eyes. After a few moments say to yourself, as seriously as possible;
'I LOVE YOU." Repeat the phrase numerous times.

You may have different reactions as you perform this exercise. You
will probably feel silly in the beginning, but with time and practice,
it will really open you up to love, or at the least, will make you
wonder-and perhaps find out- why you don't love yourself.

Only when we are at peace within ourselves, can we live in peace with others.

Now, another thing you can do is to tell people that you love them. It
may be difficult at first, but as you continue you will find it
easier. Eventually, you will find that it is true! We are all
connected, after all, and as you grow and evolve spiritually you will
see and feel that we do love one another deeply and always have. It's
just our fear and egos that have prevented us from realising it!


LOVE is the Highest Vibration that a Human can experience and exist
within throughout the entire Multiverse.

When we are living in LOVE our (human) vibration patterns become
aligned with our Higher aspects
(that exist on the Levels of Higher Vibration)
and we literally are connected to the All
through our LOVE.

When we are unable to live in this state of LOVE, we find ourselves
'dis-connected' and fearful, miserable and unhealthy.

In LOVE, ALL our needs are met, often in what
we would call 'miraculous' ways!

Really, there is no miracle at all!
It is simply a principle at work that our feeble intellects cannot
grasp and so,
in our fear of the unknown; we give it a name
to feel more comfortable. ('Miracle')

THIS is The Law of the Multiverse
and applys on ALL levels;
LOVE is ALL! We are here to recognise and manifest
that during this life of fear, struggle and pain.
