Wellity, wellity, wellity.

First of all there are a lot of kick ass people on this site doing lots of kick ass things for their health. I'm full of admiration and I'm inspired each time I look around and see lots of people striving to meet goals.

I've been doing REALLY WELL for the last two days!

I've been taking vitamins, eating yogurt and good co-op food. Last night was colonic #3 and barely anything came out. My lower intestine is functionning much better - I can't remember a time in my life where my BM came after a meal, every time.

I got out a little more old stuff, according to my therapist (I don't look at the poop per view tube, that's what he gets paid for :), then not much else, after 55 minutes on the machine.

So today I've had more diet coke than I should, I know. But other than that, it's yogurt and apples today. Not only am I a little broke, I happen to have tons of pro-biotic yogurt that I love, and a bag of apples.

After this post, I'm going to have lunch. I am reading a great book called the zen of eating. I'm really trying to lose weight through finding moderate eating habits. I'm tempted to go back on a juice fast in March, but I'm not sure. It seems a little extreme. I mean it's a great way to lose weight, but I feel pretty detoxed right now, and I don't really want to go through all the struggle.

Especially when my struggle is with my relationship to food. I don't think going to the other extreme is the answer. It's just a way of hiding, I think. I might fast every other day or something working up to the wedding, but at the moment I'm on a roll.

I walked 20 minutes uphill, then ran 2 miles and biked 4 yesterday (on stationary equipment). Then the weight circuit, then to the colonic. It was a good night, except that I was in a rotten mood. But the fiance was awake when I got home, so I got a little hang out time.

I'm going to try to observe some time as I eat. I found a great prayer I'll put up in its own post.
