Since I wrote my high and mighty post last weekend, I've had... hmmmm...

cake
ice cream
macaroni & cheese
pizza
and coca cola, mixed with rum.

Sheesh.

In other news, I've been dedicated at the gym and I think my workouts are a little more focused. But I have slipped eating-wise. I have been eating smaller portions, but I got a little too big for my britches, I think. Probably right after I got off the computer I went and had some chips and salsa!

OK, OK.

Next week we're back on the wagon, bigtime. And daily posts of accountability.
