Melatonin 1mg per day is ideal for me. 3mg has me tired the next day unless I work out and then oddly enough it's great.

I have a BIG shame on you alert. Celestial Seasonings!! Shame shame shame for adding milk and soy lecithin to a DETOX tea of all things. I wrote them a letter expressing my dismay.
