Some hmmmmm.... and some new discoveries...

Well day 44 here.

Not much new except dark urine. Yes, that may be a little TMI but we are on a health forum...

Yes, normally the urine is waterish, but the last few days it's been very dark. I haven't changed a thing in my diet so I'm not sure why it's darkened. If anyone has ideas, that would be great. :) My grandmother (sort of a professional) thinks it may be a part of detox. I don't know, it's never happened before.

UPDATE: Everything back to normal. Perhaps this was caused by detox. ???

On to another subject, I have discovered Aloe Vera Juice and Ginger. The juice is not bitter like most AV juices and it has no other additives. So, I'll be checking around to see what the benefits of AV juice are. And ginger is such a funny thing. The flavor is very different but pleasant. Just don't go overboard on it. lol Experienced a bit of a tummy ache after one of my drinks but my breath smelled pretty good for a while...

Not much else going on. Still staying motivated, energetic and strong. Hope everyone else is doing well!
