Day 86... but who's counting? by LivingWater .....

Continuing another 30 days or so....

Yep, technically I'd be stopping my fast in four days but I'm not ready to do that. In fact, I'm thinking I'll be going another 30 for a total of 120. I may even go longer.

I know some people may think it's crazy but I know what I'm doing. :) I know what results I'm looking for and I know when my body is done.

Yesterday I had another BIG elimination. This time after drinking some herbal blueberry, hibiscus, rosehips tea. Out of nowhere my stomach started to grumble and I was running for the bathroom. LOL I still can't beleive what is hanging out in my intestines after 86 days of fasting. I strain my juice too, so I know it's nothing I'm drinking.... CRAZY

Lately my energy has been through the roof. Which is good considering my marathon is on May 8th. I decided to do the 10K instead of the full 26 miles. Since this is my first marathon I figured I should go easy. :D By May 8th I'll be on 102 days of fasting. I'll bet people there would never believe the person running next to them has been fasting that long.

Oh, and that reminds me. I overheard a conversation about fasting where one person was fasting and the other persons were completely freaked out about it. "That's so dangerous... maybe just a day or two but... are you doing this for the right reasons.... are you under medical supervision..."

Argh, some people just haven't a clue. I really think fear stops most people from trying anything new or not so known. The person fasting did pretty good defending herself although she couldn't explain the science behind fasting. This is why I always say it's best to read, read, read about a subject so that you know full well what is going to happen. I could tell the faster was a little caught off guard by the comments/questions/concerns of the others.

Anyway, have a great week everyone! We've got sun and warmth here, thank the Lord!
