MC, Longer Term Plan

Ok, feelin' ok, but the scale, oh the scale. I know not to get attached to it wtf. Ytdy, I lost another 2 pounds, but when I weighed myself today, I only lost 1/2! F! I know I should be quiet... I know I am just whining...I do know what it is...I do feel like something is 'hanging' around inside, so yes, I will do the SWF or an enema with Epsoms.

I have been reading around the site about liver flush, parasite cleanses, gallbladder flush etc...etc...etc... I feel like I have done it all wrong. I should have started weeks ago with the parasite zap, then the liver/gallbladder flush then the MC. I feel like stopping this and doing the above mentioned protocol. But I do have to remember that I do feel better, my clothes do fit better since Monday, so I need to chill. Plus, with my other fasts, I have never done the Parasite/Liver/Gallbladder Cleanses.

I am just ranting and raving about my own stuff now, whine, whine, whine. Ok, I am gonna get a grip now. Ok, here is my plan:

1. Complete the 10 MC
I should finish what I start even though I feel I was bad b/c I did not do the
Parasite/Liver cleanse first. I know, I know, I am doing a great thing for my
body regardless

2. Transition PROPERLY
I am guilty of eating like an angry giant when coming off ANY fast. I vow to
follow the transition BY THE BOOK!

3. I will eat RAW.
I was a full-time raw foodie before, so I WILL do it again! Thank you to those
of you who have suggested some amazing blogs to go to. I keep reading the
recpies and I cannot wait to fire up my dehydrator and freshlife sprouter again!
Actually, will start soaking and sprouting today. I only have a 4 tray excalibur
and it is like gold when things are done, but they do not last long in my home!

4. Zap my parasites.
I will do the zapping thing with the herbs and what not whilst being raw

5. Do the Liver\Gallbladder Cleanses

6. Do another Master Cleanse


Well, hopefully that should take me all through March and hopefully, I can transition back to 'regular' eating before I go on Vacation the 1st week of April.

I got it now, I think I do. I just have to chill out! ;D

If anyone has any suggestions/comments/corrections, please, please let me know.
