Made it to Day 4 by girlskiier .....

Days 2-4 were a lot more challenging than in my previous MC. Does it ever get old?

Day 2 was not so bad. I woke up early to do the SWF, which took a total of 2 and a half hours. During that time I posted a question in the message boards regarding alternatives to doing the SWF everyday. I did not think I could do it the next morning and be OK for work. More on that later...
I was nervous about going to work but I made sure I did not break my fast by locking all my coins and singles in my car. Otherwise I may have been tempted by the snack machine, which was the case on my prior two attempts to start my MC.

Day 3 I did the SWF after reading a response to my post from Zoebess that I copied over and am grateful for.

"The goal is to keep the debris moving so you do not reabsorb what is being loosened up and flushed out."

Made it through work however was lethargic and have not been sleeping at night. This may be due to the Smooth Move tea. It cramps and churns my stomach.

Day 4 did not do the SWF because I stayed at my Aunt's and could not deal with having to explain why I was in the bathroom for 2 hours. Will definitely do it tomorrow and will try KittyGlitter method of a salt shot followed by water.
By the way, I realized I do not like the taste of the Lemonade. I find the Maple Syrup too sweat. I know some people suggest cutting back on the amount, but it's still too sweat. I changed brands and now buy the "Whole Foods" Grade B. Maybe I should go back to the more expensive brand I used before.

Finally, this is from a friend who is concerned about my MC.

TOP TEN SIGNS YOU'RE FASTING ATTEMPT HAS FAILED

10) You're hungry ... again

9) You keep asking yourself "What's for dinner?"

8) You keep uttering something about "Beef, it's what's...."

7) The skeletons in your closet are wearing your clothes

6) Someone says "Hey, where did all these Mickey D wrappers come from?" and there's no one else in the room

5) You keep repeating yourself

4) You keep repeating yourself

3) "Everything looks good" and you're in a shoe store

2) You keep looking at dog's dish (while he's eating)

And the number one sign your fasting attempt has failed is.... (drum roll)

1) You notice you're wearing a toe tag
