Feeling Good Today!!

Day two and still going strong.

Had such vivid dreams last night after applying the topknot to my shaved skull after my shower.

I have noticed that since I have been using the topknot for the last couple weeks that I have had incredible dreams every night after doing so. I haven't felt any vibrations yet but one can still hope.

Fasting is going great. Juiced my oranges, drank my teas, sucked on my sorghum molasses, ate my herbal capsules, took my oregano oil and throughly enjoyed my day.

I have been remodeling my master bath so I spent a large part of the day sanding spackled areas and preparing the walls for texturing. I am still amazed at the abundant energy one has when fasting.

Once you have fasted enough to rid your body of most of its toxic debris, you don't have the detox symptoms that you hear others posting about. It becomes a very enjoyable experience.

I look forward to many more happy days of OJ fasting.
