The Sabbath, My Re-charge Day!!

Good Day and Happy Sabbath.

Spent the day recharging and reading.

Read the Book of Enoch, the Gospel of Thomas, the Arabic Gospel of the Infancy of the Saviour. A great day of reading the truth.

Juiced and drank my oranges. Had two cups of sorghum tea. Drank a cup of 4 herb tea. Had a cup of the Spice 4 Life mixture and am drinking another right now. My bottle of Spice 4 Life is almost gone. Took my bf&c capsules, my ginger capsules, my uva ursi capsules and my olive leaf capsules. Drank my three drops of oregano oil in water.

All in all, a nice quiet day. The kids both spent the night at a friends last night and they are at craft night with the wife tonight. So I have had a quiet house to myself all day, what a nice break.
