Woooooohaaaaaaaaaaa

Only three more days left. I am very much looking forward to munching some fruit,lol.

Had a great day today. Spent almost all day cleaning and vacuuming the abode.

Took a break and went out to feed and water the animals, dump the compost, check the eggs, and enjoy the hummingbirds. I love them little buggers. I can stand one foot away from the feeder and about eight or nine hummers fly by and around me and drink their nectar that I make for them. What a splendid little creature God created. I have to say they are my favorite bird. Too bad they are only around for a few months, if that. They are my little signal that spring has begun.

So after that I did my swiss ball exercises for an hour. I then did some stretching and 20 reg pushups, 20 tricep pushups, 20 wide grip pushups, and 1000 a-b punches. Then I beat my old record of 4,400 jumps in forty minutes and I did 4,600 jumps in 40 minutes. Then I did a little more stretching and now I am done,lol.

I really am enjoying the spice 4 life stuff. Finished my first bottle today and now am working on the second one. Took my plant fats 4 life last night as well as my dewormer.

Today I juiced and drank my oranges. Drank my spice 4 life as well. Took my no crash. Had two cups of 4 herb tea. Drank my three drops of oil of oregano in water. Took my ginger, olive leaf, and bf&c capsules. Had my 1 tablespoon of morning dewormer. I think that about covers it all.

I also made a double batch of my spicy, chili, dehydrator almonds. I am getting a batch ready for when I come off my fast. These are my favorite crunchy, live, raw, snack food. Everyone that has tried them just raves over them. I have thought about marketing them along with all my other raw, living goodies that I make. Time will tell.
