Happy Passover!!!!

Happy Passover everyone.

Hope your all having a great one.

Had another great day today. Besides doing all my normal chores, I ripped out the light bar in the bathroom and primed and textured the area it once occupied. Yesterday I gave the master bathroom two coats of paint and painted the large frame of the bathroom mirror. Tomorrow I will add another coat of paint and then it is on to the fun stuff, building the new vanity.

Weather has been gray and rainy here. Took a little walk today. Did 4800 jumps on the trampoline, 1000 a-b punches, 100 push-ups, stretching, 100 bodyweight squats and an hour of my swiss ball exercises. A very invigorating workout.

Can ya feel the chi flow?

I have just been lit up with energy since passing day forty. Today was the second day I had a green drink along with my orange juice. I take and juice all of the following, which is 100% organically raised. I juiced a mixture of collard greens, kale, parsley, sweet peppers, bell pepper, 8 garlic cloves, horseradish root, tomatos, and celery. When its done I add a fresh ground amount of light grey celtic sea salt. It tastes friggin outrageous. I had three cups full, mmmmmmmmmmm. Talk about an energy overflow after drinking that mixture.

So first thing today I juiced my oranges and have been drinking that throughout the day. I usually have the last glass of that about two hours before bed. I had my bf&c capsules along with my olive leaf capsules. Took my three drops of oregano oil in water. Took my dewormer this morning as well. I will take the last dose later along with my plant fats 4 life. Sucked on my No Crash ball while working in the bathroom. I think that is about it. I can't wait to add the longevity spice 4 life back into my program, I love that stuff. If you haven't tried, go order a bottle now,lol. Now I get to take a break for a bit and read some posts and then in half an hour at 9:00 pm I will go do my grocery shopping. I love shopping in the evening because the store is just about dead.
