Five more days!!!!

Five more days to go and I hit the sixty mark.

wooohoooo

Still debating going to eighty days. My wife thinks I am completely insane,lol. Everyone I know just doesn't understand where I am at right now mentally, spiritually, physically, and emotionally. I am on the best ride and it is called life. Now if the weather keeps up like it has the last two days I will be having a super summer.

Once again another glorious sunny day. I spent basically the whole day filling seed flats and planting seeds, among my other duties. I had a very wonderful day.

Juiced and drank my oranges. Took my bf&c and olive leaf capsules. Drank my dewormer. Sucked on my no crash ball. Drank my three drops of oregano oil in water. I take my plant fats 4 life every night before bed. Used my topknot and annointing oils this evening after my shower, so I should have great dreams tonight. Drank a few glasses of spice 4 life and also had a glass of coconut water.

After I finished cleaning up the dinner mess, at around 7:00 pm I did some stretching and push ups and then blasted my biceps, triceps, and forearms for an hour with the weights. It felt really good. I then did about two hundred squeezes on my hand gripper, each hand. That burned real good. Lots of blood flowing tonight,lol.

So that was how my day went, how was yours?
