shortening cleanse,day 3 notes

No it's not a mistake. I decided to cut my cleanse short in order to eat with the inlaws at Thanksgiving. I wanted to do this cleanse for body/mind purification and getting back to the spiritual center. It's just important that I be at the table so I don't appear to be standoffish. I have my own opinion about turkeys but I don't preach to anyone in the house. I'm going to prepare a beautiful 100% raw/living foods plate, very gourmet. Christmastime, my sister and I are going to cook vegan/vegetarian meals so good that they'll actually like it.

Anyway,I dreamed about FOOD last night. I also watched 'Dawn of the Dead' too. It was on sci-fi channel so it was pretty cleaned up. I watched that because I was too tired to clean and having intense cravings. I think people are creeped out by zombies because that's more realistic than alien invasions. I digress... I took another cup of colon cleanse tea and there IS something to the idea of cleaning out the colon to feel better. I woke up feeling a lot better this morning and having more energy. The real acid test of the lemonade cleanse will be my job over the weekend. I am a nurse aide and VERY busy. I love my job but it's very physically active, esp. if someone calls out and there's only three people on.
