I see the definate advantages of working out on a regular basis. I don't think I could do this job in an out of shape state. Personally, I still consider myself to be out of shape until I lose the extra fat. However, that still puts me ahead of many women my age. Last night, or should I say this morning, one of the girls was so proud of how she was going to get a hysterectomy at 35. I was incredulous. She didn't know why she was bleeding but she's going to have her uterus removed at 35 :( Right then and there, it hit home. This is what holistic living is all about. It's about the state of the mind and one's outlook on life and knowledge of alternative healing. Boy I'm glad that I have this awareness. The challenge is translating it to other people's lives. Whenever I work overnights I get the most opportunities to tell people that I don't eat meat and lots of bread so I can stay light on my feet.

I don't know if back day is going to happen today. I just woke up from working a double shift.

Today
---
I feel much better. The minute I left the nursing home I stopped sneezing and the runny nose stopped. The air is of a very poor quality right now because of the heating system. I took two non-drowsy sinus pills and a melatonin and had a really good night's sleep. My husband slept upstairs. I think he feels bad that he snores because he said that his foot feels muc better, which is his way of saying 'I want to start walking again'. Sleep is very important. I also am happy I got l-glutamine supps because I stopped taking them and my immune system went into the ground. I ordered a whole food multivitamin for women also. These days money has been great because I've been budgeting and picking up days.

Today is back/biceps day... I want to work out. I'll take it easy. It'll give me energy for work. I've also lost one pound. My husband is happy because I look great and the big mama booty isn't going away. Oh the burdens!

I'm thinking about my goals for the new year. I know that I number one is pay off my debt. My health goals are very important because HEALTH IS WEALTH. I was going to wait to order my supplements but I was able to do it now because I picked up so many days. My total came to $181.46 for everything, including the green stuff and red stuff for me. I'm just not into juicing vegetables right now. My veggies are going to waste, well not exactly. It goes into the compost heap but still. It's the winter. Summer I'm totally gunho about juicing. I loaded up on antioxidants because I'm going to hit exercising heavy, esp. running and exercising creates free radicals. The winter has me uninspired to juice and using the powders actually saves me money because organic veggies in this small town is EXPENSIVE.

Sunday as the last day. I had a few spots yesterday. I'm going to try the oil that another curezoner recommended. Plus I'll get Yogi Moon Tea which worked great back in the day when I was taking it.
