So far, so good!

Today I woke up feeling GREAT! Yea, I know I couldnt believe it either! Knowing that I got to day 4 and I feel better has made me 100% confident that I can and WILL do this. :) bought a scale last night. Not sure how much I have lost already but I will keep track every couple days from now on. They say day 7 is a big detox day so I am not looking forward to that. LOL 100oz a day of water is my goal daily.
yesterday was:
2 cups swf in morning
64oz of lemonade
90oz of water
1 lax tea at night

Tomorrow is day 5!!! WOW!!!!!!!!!
