Not such a good day.

I woke up this morning feeling a little out of sorts. I didn't seem to have the energy to get my youngest son ready for school. I had a slight headache and was experiencing some dizziness. My nose keeps getting stuffy and then the mucus starts to drain. This pattern just keeps repeating. It is almost like I have a head cold. I had a coughing fit about an hour ago. Oh...and I am freezing. It is 70 degrees outside and I am wrapped up in my blanket like a burrito. I chose to skip the SWF this morning and drink some more Smooth Move. I had about 5 small BM's so far. I was disappointed at first as most of it was just, (not to be crude), BM flakes. But after realizing that I haven't had solid food in 6 days I felt better. What is coming out is old, putrid waste (That stinks to high heaven by the way.) Hopefully once I have gotten further into my fast my BM's will be more productive. Going for a walk now. :-)
