Day before first day of juicing.
Senna tea.

Face full of spots from sugar and bad diet
depressive tendancies
no energy
bloated
crying
feeling very fat
cravings for sugar
lack of drive to do ANYTHING (except start this blog)

tomorrow, day one of juicing
