§ 107. Limitations on exclusive rights: Fair use 38
Notwithstanding the provisions of sections 106
and 106A,
the fair use of a copyrighted work, including such use by reproduction in copies
or phonorecords or by any other means specified by that section, for purposes
such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching (including multiple copies
for classroom use), scholarship, or research, is not an infringement of
copyright. In determining whether the use made of a work in any particular case
is a fair use the factors to be considered shall include-
(1) the purpose and character of the use, including whether such use is of a
commercial nature or is for nonprofit educational purposes;
(2) the nature of the copyrighted work;
(3) the amount and substantiality of the portion used in relation to the
copyrighted work as a whole; and
(4) the effect of the use upon the potential market for or value of the
copyrighted work.
The fact that a work is unpublished shall not itself bar a finding of fair use,
if such finding is made upon consideration of all the above factors.

CureZone.com is educational not-for-profit web site.
Every author should be positive if his/her articles are published on more
then one web site, especially, if there is a link from that web site to his
original web site.
Links are the blood vessels of the internet!
The more links that are pointing toward your web site, the more blood -
visitors (and potential customers) you get.
Only people who don't understand the way internet works would say
"NO" to more links pointing toward their website.
What is the point in making a web site, if no one ever comes to read information
on that web site?
Links can largely influence possibility of an article/web site to be indexed
by search engines, and in case of some major search engines, links can also influence
ratings of single pages or rating of a whole web site.
There is a huge difference if your page is showing on the first 20 search
results by a search engine, or if it is showing after 50 other links.
Largest search engines like Google.com, Altavista.com, Yahoo.com ... are
taking special care on pages & web sites that have more then 500 links pointing (from more
then 500 different web sites.)
One important reason for having articles published on more then 1 web site is
also that it allows your articles to be indexed by larger number of search
engines.
There are many web sites that are indexed by 2 - 3 search engines only, but
there are few web sites indexed by 50 search engines.
CureZone.com is indexed by 10 largest search engines and by 140 less popular
engines.
That means that your article will also be indexed by all those 50 search
engines.
For an article to be visible on the net, it is of greatest importance to be indexed
by search engines. Still, between 60% - 80% of people find most important
information on the web by using search engines. Search engines are the doors of internet. The more doors (and the wider doors ) that are open toward your web
site, the more visitors you will have. The more visitors you have, the more customers
you get.
The widest doors are the doors opened by the next 10 search engines/catalogs
Google.com, Yahoo.com, Altavista.com, MSN search.com, Excite.com,
Netscape-search, Ask Jewees, Web-crowler, Alexa.com, mamma.com, ...
We encourage CureZone users to provide a link to original web site maintained by the
author, as that is the best way to promote original web site.
